If a scheduled visit takes longer than originally planned, the additional time will be billed according to the Rate Table for the first hour.  If the visit takes over an hour, the client will be billed at $6 for each additional 15 minutes that I am there. 

Mileage Policy:  If you live more than 10 miles from my home, visits will include a round-trip charge of 50 cents per mile for each mile over 10 miles. I live on the South East side of Ann Arbor between Ellsworth and Packard off Platt Rd.  I use Internet maps to determine mileage. When I come for the first visit (meet and greet), I check mileage and I will let you know of the exact charge at that time.

Final determination of cost per visit will be decided at the time of our initial consultation visit.

Additional Charges

Holiday visits are billed an additional $5 per visit.

 Holidays: New Year's Eve Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day.

Billing

Payment in full is required at bookin for new clients. 

For established clients, payment is required on the first day service begins.

Cash or checks are acceptable forms of payment.
