Why should you use a pet sitter?
If you are going out of town for business or vacation, expect a long workday, or you have a family or medical emergency, I can come to your home to take care of your pets.
It is great if you have a friend or a neighbor who can come and care for your pets while you are away but you may be imposing on them. An added bonus is that when you return you will not have to take care of your pet sitter’s pets!
Boarding facilities can be stressful. If your pets are not used to being in a caged environment or with other pets, just like when your children go back to school, having your pets exposed to other animals and environments can affect their health.
If you hire a pet sitter, your pet can stay in its own bed and home while still receiving plenty of attention, exercise and love. A pet sitter will watch over your home and pets and notify you should there be a problem.
Exercise is the cornerstone of good behavior for both puppies and mature dogs.
